摘 要:在王阳明看来,作为“天理”的“心”之本体是无善无恶的,但是这样的心体在其旨归上又是至善的。这种至善的心体又具有“诚”“定”等本性,这种本性也是心之本体。在这种意义上,我们可以说“廉”也是心之本体。先验的心体总是要以“意”的形式外发于经验事物,而这种经验化如果是本心的发用,那么它就能够成为合乎道德的行为,这样,以本心之发用来对待本不属于己之物,这就有了廉的品格。心发于政,则有廉政。心体外发为“意”,也就有了善恶之别,而判断自己行为善恶的标准,就是自己本心的良知,良知也能够判断为政者在行政过程中是廉还是贪。In Wang Yang-ming’s opinion,the essence of Mind,as the Natural Principle,is no good or evil,but it is absolute goodness in its purpose.This Mind itself has the essential attributes of Sincerity,Tranquility,so on.In this sense,we can say that Honesty and Clean is also the essence of the Mind.The transcendental Mind is always experienced in the form of Intention and if this experience is appearance of the Mind,then it can become a moral behavior.So,treating the things that don’t belong to their own with the Mind will become honest and clean behavior.Mind appears in politics,and there will be honest and clean government.The Mind appears as Intention outside,there will be difference between good and evil,and the standard to judge their own behavior as good and evil,is their own conscience,which can also judge whether the politician is honest or greedy in the administrative process.
