摘　　要：中国生态文明制度建设是关于制度正义的重大理论与实践创新,充分彰显了生态文明与制度正义的统一。我国生态文明制度建设形成了实现人与自然和谐的共生正义、让绿色发展成果惠及全体人民的共享正义、构建人类命运共同体的全球正义相统一的正义价值体系,回答了困扰人类文明发展的种际地位不等、人际分配不公、国际权责不明的生态非正义问题。中国生态文明制度建设的正义价值为人类文明发展作出重要贡献。The construction of the Chinese ecological civilization system is a major theoretical and practical innovation in institutional justice,which fully demonstrates the unity of ecological civilization and institutional justice.China's ecological civilization system construction has formed a unified justice value system of realizing symbiotic justice in harmony between man and nature,sharing justice in which the fruits of green development benefit all people,and global justice helping build the community of human destiny.It answers the ecological injustices of unequal inter-species status,unequal distribution of human beings,and unclear international rights and responsibilities that have plagued the development of human civilization for a long time.The justice value of China's ecological civilization system has made an important contribution to the development of human civilization.
