摘　　要：N6甲基腺苷(m6A)甲基化修饰是一种动态可逆的转录后修饰,主要由甲基转移酶催化mRNA上腺苷酸发生甲基化,去甲基转移酶将甲基去除,然后m6A甲基结合蛋白特异性结合mRNA从而完成m6A甲基化修饰。m6A甲基化修饰通过调控RNA的代谢影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移以及对化学治疗药物的耐药性,进而调控肿瘤的发生发展进程。胃癌位居全球常见癌症的第5位,其相关病死率位居世界第4位,严重危害人类健康。最新研究报道,m6A甲基化修饰在调控胃癌转移中发挥重要作用。本文就近年来m6A甲基化修饰在胃癌转移中的作用相关研究进展进行综述,以期为今后胃癌转移机制的阐明、新的候选治疗靶点的发现及抗癌药物的研发提供理论基础。N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methylation is a dynamic and reversible post-transcriptional modification,which is the methylation of adenosine acid on mRNA mainly catalyzed by methyltransferase,and methyl is removed by demethyltransferase,then m6A methyl binding protein specifically binds to mRNA to complete the methylation modification of m6A.The methylation modification of m6A affects the proliferation,invasion,metastasis,and resistance to chemotherapy drugs of tumor cells by regulating RNA metabolism,thereby regulating the occurrence and development of tumors.Gastric cancer is the fifth most common cancer,with a mortality rate ranking fourth in the world,it seriously threats human health.The latest literatures have shown that m6A methylation plays an important role in regulating gastric cancer metastasis.This article reviews the research progress of the role of m6A methylation modification in gastric cancer metastasis in recent years,in order to provide a theoretical basis for elucidating the mechanism of gastric cancer metastasis,discovering new candidate therapeutic targets,and developing anticancer drugs in the future.
