基于CiteSpace的中医外治法治疗原发性失眠可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 采用CiteSpace文献计量方法对2017年1月至2022年8月中医外治法治疗原发性失眠的相关文献进行分析,了解研究方向和热点。方法 计算机检索2017年1月至2022年8月中国知网(CNKI)收录的中医外治法治疗原发性失眠的文献,使用NoteExpress软件进行查重、筛选、格式转换和输出,使用Excel进行描述性统计分析,导入CiteSpace 6.1.R2中进行可视化分析,绘制知识图谱。结果 共纳入文献557篇,2017年1月至2022年8月以来发文量整体呈上升趋势。代表作者是吴文忠,而江苏省中医院则是机构代表。排除与主题词相关词汇,针刺疗法、睡眠障碍、温针灸是目前研究的主要热点。印堂穴和董氏奇穴成为未来针灸选穴研究的新趋势;中药熏蒸、脐针治疗的临床效果也将是今后治疗失眠的一个新研究趋势。结论 目前在治疗原发性失眠方面已经呈现出多种中医外治法协同发展的趋势,但是作者与各医疗机构的合作程度并不高;当前的研究热点集中在观察外治的疗效、取穴规律、常见症状和关键证候的探讨上;未来的研究仍将集中于中医外治法。Objective To use the CiteSpace bibliometric method to analyze the relevant literature on the external treatment of primary insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to August 2022,and to understand the research direction and hotspots.Methods Computer retrieval of literature on the treatment of primary insomnia with the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 2017 to August 2022 was conducted.NoteExpress software was used for duplication checking,screening,format conversion,and output,and Excel was used for descriptive statistical analysis.The literature was introduced into CiteSpace 6.1.R2 for visual analysis and a knowledge graph was drawn.Results A total of 557 articles were included,and the overall number of publications has been on the rise from January 2017 to August 2022.The representative author was Wu Wenzhong,while Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine was the institutional representative.Acupuncture therapy,sleep disorders and warm acupuncture and moxibustion were the main focuses of current research excluding vocabulary related to the subject terms.Yintang acupoint and Dong’s extra acupoints would become the new trends in the research of acupuncture and moxibustion point selection in the future;The clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and umbilical acupuncture treatment would also be a new research trend in the future treatment of insomnia.Conclusion Currently,there is a trend of collaborative development among various methods of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the treatment of primary insomnia,but the cooperation degree between the author and various medical institutions is not high.The current research hotspots focus on the observation of the efficacy of external treatment,the rules of acupoint selection,common symptoms,and the exploration of key syndromes.Future research will continue to focus on the external treatment of traditional Chinese medi
