肿瘤型关节假体置换术发展现状的文献计量及可视化分析

摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学及可视化分析方法,对肿瘤型关节假体置换术相关文献进行分析。方法系统检索Web of Science数据库核心合集,索时限为建库至2022年6月。采用VOS viewer软件分析。结果共纳入相关研究1961篇,发文量呈逐渐上升趋势。全球各国发表数量差异较大,美国发文量最多,国际合作紧密。发文量和共被引排第1位的期刊为Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research。如何降低假体感染率,假体松动率及机械并发症,增强生物活性结合是目前研究的主要方向。结论肿瘤型关节置换的研究处在增长阶段,研究方向趋于平稳。美国学者在本领域占世界主导地位,中国研究者紧紧跟随国际发展的脚步,但仍需加强研究力量并促进国际合作。Objective To analyze the related literature of tumor-type joint prosthesis replacement using the bibliometrics and visual analysis method.Methods The core set of the Web of Science database was retrieved systematically,with the retrieval time limit from the establishment of the database to June 2022.Analysis was performed using VOS viewer software.Results A total of 1961 relevant studies were included.With a gradually increasing trend,the number of published papers varied greatly among countries in the world.The United States having the highest number of published papers and enjoys close international cooperation.The top one journal in terms of number of published papers and co-citation was Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research.It is the main research direction now to investigate now to reduce prosthesis infection rate,prosthesis loosening rate and mechanical complications,and enhance the bioactive fixation.Conclusion The research of tumor-type joint replacement is in an increasing stage and the research direction tends to be stable.American scholars occupy the leading position in the world.Chinese researchers closely follow the pace of international development,but still need to reinforce research strength and promote international cooperation.
