摘 要:目的探讨课程思政教学效果评价方式,为建立健全多维度的课程思政教学效果考核评价体系提供理论依据。方法应用经典测量理论与项目反应理论对预防医学课程思政教学效果评价量表条目进行分析。结果经典测量理论结果显示,量表各条目的标准差在0.595~0.788,量表总的克朗巴哈系数为0.974,各条目与量表总分的相关系数在0.788~0.858,所有条目都符合4种方法至少满足3种的标准。项目反应理论结果显示,各条目的因子载荷在0.756~0.837;各条目平均信息量分布在1.911~3.572,区分度介于3.488~5.710,难度系数介于-2.596~0.148,量表的区分度过大,估计精度不高。结论预防医学课程思政教学效果评价量表测量结果较为稳定、可靠,量表结果能反映出测量目标,大部分条目性能较好,但少数条目需要进一步修订。Objective To explore the evaluation method of curriculum ideology and politics teaching effect,so as to provide theoretical basis for establishing sound and multi-dimensional evaluation system of curriculum ideology and politics teaching in preventive medicine.Methods Classical test theory and item response theory were applied to analyze the scale items of effect evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics teaching in preventive medicine.Results The results of classical test theory showed that the standard deviation of each item in the scale was within 0.595 to 0.788,the total Cronbach coefficient of the scale was 0.974,and the correlation coefficient of each item with the total score of the scale was within 0.788 to 0.858.All the items met the criteria of at least three out of four methods.The results of item response theory showed that the factor loads of each item were within 0.756 to 0.837;the mean information content of each item was distributed within 1.911 to 3.572,the discrimination within 3.488 to 5.710 and the difficulty coefficient within-2.596 to 0.148.Since the discrimination of scale was excessive,the accuracy was estimated to be not high.Conclusion The measurement results of the scale for effect evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics teaching in preventive medicine are stable and reliable,and the results of the scale can reflect the measurement objectives.Most items have good performance,but a few items need to be further revised.
