摘　　要：建立区域股权市场及其信息披露制度有其自身的必要性,但是我国区域股权市场尚处于建设阶段,不可避免地存在流动性、信息披露、监管等一系列问题。为保护投资者利益和促进区域股权市场的繁荣发展,区域股权市场信息披露制度需要完善,具体来说,加强对区域股权市场的监管,提高信息披露的标准,明确追责机制,建立统一的区域股权市场信息披露制度。Establishing a regional equity market and its information disclosure system has its own necessi-ty,but China’s regional equity market is still in the construction stage and inevitably faces a series of problems such as liquidity,information disclosure,and regulation.In order to protect the interests of inves-tors and promote the prosperity and development of the regional equity market,the information disclosure system of the regional equity market needs to be improved.Specifically,it is of great significance to strengthen the supervision of the regional equity market,improve the standards of information disclosure,clarify the accountability mechanism,and establish a unified regional equity market information disclosure system.
