摘　　要：工匠精神不仅是新时期劳动者应具备的职业品格,更是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要支撑。高职院校学生工匠精神的培育是一项系统工程,不仅需要国家和社会对工匠精神的高度认可,更需要构建起社会、行业、企业、学校和个人等多方面协同育人的培育体系。将工匠精神融入实训课程则是高职院校学生工匠精神养成的一条有效途径。Craftsmanship is not only the professional character that workers should possess,but also an im⁃portant support for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of students in higher vocational colleges is a systematic project,which not only re⁃quires the country and society to highly recognize the craftsmanship spirit,but also to build a cooperative education system of society,industries,enterprises,schools and individuals.Therefore,integrating the crafts⁃manship spirit into the practical training course is an effective way to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.
