略论中医药的现代化演进:基于中药青蒿的现代研究历程

摘　　要：中医药发轫于中国古代,几千年来一直随着社会发展而不断完善。然而近代以来,中医药的传承创新进展缓慢,不能满足社会的期望和需求。中药青蒿的现代研究历程表明,虽然已经成功开发了临床价值巨大的青蒿素类抗疟药物,但是中药青蒿的临床价值仍未得到充分发扬,多数中药的临床价值有待进一步发掘。中医药现代化演进缓慢的原因与不重视其传统文化属性以及被基于工业化生产模式的“西方现代化”模式禁锢有较大关系,也和中医药本身的复杂性有一定关系。重视中医药的传统文化属性并充分应用现代科技方法,传承精华,守正创新,是时代发展的迫切需求。Chinese medicine has continuously improved with society’s development for thousands of years.However,since modern times,the process of inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine has been slowed and cannot meet the expectations and needs of the society.The authors summarized the modern research history of artemisiae annuae herba,and believed that although the artemisinins with great clinical antimalarial value had been successfully developed,the clinical value of artemisiae annuae herba had not been fully developed.It is further inferred that the clinical value of most Chinese materia medica needs to be further explored.The reason for the slow evolution of the modernization of Chinese medicine is that researchers do not give enough importance to its traditional cultural attributes,and it is imprisoned by the western modernism.Another reason is related to the complexity of Chinese medicine itself.For development,there is an urgent need to give much more importance to the traditional cultural attributes of Chinese medicine,fully apply modern scientific and technological methods,inherit the essence,and maintain integrity and innovation.
