摘　　要：依据“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念,构建制造业企业高质量发展评价体系,并利用年鉴数据对标新发展理念,评价河北制造业企业高质量发展的现状以及存在的问题。从新发展理念视角提出聚焦主业深化创新驱动发展模式、强化内部治理、提升环保能力、抓住“一带一路”机遇注重双循环发展、创造共享价值的建议,为推动与实现河北制造业企业高质量发展提供参考。Based on the background of the new era and the implementation of the new development concept,and according to the new development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing”,a high-quality development evaluation system for manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Using yearbook data to benchmark the new development concept,the current situation of high-quality development of Hebei manufacturing enterprises is evaluated,and the existing problems is studied.From the perspective of the new development concept,it is proposed to focus on deepening the innovation driven development model of the main industry,strengthen internal governance,improve environmental protection capability,seize the opportunity of the“the Belt and Road”,focus on dual cycle development,and create shared value,to provide reference for promoting and realizing high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Hebei.
