摘 要:目的基于人工智能技术设计智能病历质控系统,解决传统病案质量检查耗时、费力、滞后等不足,提高病案质控效率与质量。方法以自然语言处理技术、医学知识图谱、数据清洗、质控规则库为核心,对病历文本进行结构化处理,从而识别并理解病历文本,进行逻辑或非逻辑判断。结果该系统实现了对在线病历冠心病入院记录的结构化处理,质控准确率与效率明显优于传统人工质控。结论智能病历质控系统基于自然语言处理可以实现对自由病历文本的识别和语义的理解,从而对病历进行形式与内涵的质量检查与控制。Objective Design an intelligent medical record quality control system based on artificial intelligence tech⁃nology to address the shortcomings of traditional medical record quality checks,such as being time-consuming,la⁃borious,and outdated,and to improve the efficiency and quality of medical record quality control.Methods The sys⁃tem’s core technologies include natural language processing,medical knowledge graphs,data cleaning,and quality control rule libraries,which are used to structure medical record texts for the identification and understanding of med⁃ical record texts and logical or non-logical judgments.Results The system has achieved structured processing of on⁃line medical records for coronary heart disease admission records,and the accuracy and efficiency of quality control are significantly superior to traditional manual quality control.Conclusion Intelligent medical record quality control based on natural language processing can achieve recognition of free medical record texts and understanding of se⁃mantics,thereby conducting quality checks and control of the form and content of medical records.
