摘　　要：目的分析湖南省妇幼保健院3~6岁儿童口腔患龋情况及家长口腔健康认知对患龋情况的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2022年4月于湖南省妇幼保健院口腔科进行口腔健康检查的100名3~6岁儿童为研究对象,并对其家长进行口腔健康问卷调查,分析儿童口腔情况与家长口腔健康认知之间的关系。结果经调查,31.3%的儿童患有龋齿,患龋情况与家长学历及从事行业无明显关联,与牙线的使用情况、口腔检查频率有密切关联(P<0.05)。结论3~6岁儿童的患龋率较高,应进一步推广正确使用牙线的方法,加强家长对口腔健康的认知以及落实定期口腔检查。Objective To analyze the dental caries condition in children aged 3-6 years old in Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and the effect of their parents’oral health awareness on dental caries.Methods A total of 100 children aged 3-6 years old who conducted oral examination in the Department of Stomatology,Hunan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from November 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the oral health questionnaire was conducted on their parents.The relationship between the oral condition of children and the oral health awareness of parents was analyzed.Results After investigation,31.3%of children had dental caries,which was not significantly related to their parents’educational background or profession,but closely related to the use of dental floss and the frequency of oral examination(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a high prevalence of dental caries in children aged 3-6 years old.The right way to use dental floss should be promoted,the parents’awareness of oral health should be enhanced and regular oral e xaminations should be performed.
