碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗年轻恒牙根管感染效果的分析

摘　　要：目的分析碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗年轻恒牙根管感染的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月泰安八十八医院口腔科收治的200例年轻恒牙根管感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100)和实验组(n=100),对照组根管填充氯化锌碘仿丁香油粘固粉,实验组根管填充碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂,比较两组的治疗效果。结果和对照组相比,实验组的治疗总有效率更高,炎症因子水平更低,不良反应总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂治疗年轻恒牙根管感染的效果显著,能减轻炎症反应且减少不良反应,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste treating root canal infection of young permanent teeth.Methods A total of 200 children with root canal infection of young permanent teeth in the Department of Stomatology,Tai’an 88 Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and experimental group(n=100)by the random number table method.The control group received root canal filling with Zinc Chloride Iodoform Eugenia Oil Mucilage Powder,and the experimental group received root canal filling with Iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower,and the overall incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Iodoform Calcium Hydroxide Paste treating root canal infection of young permanent teeth has significant effect,which can reduce inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
