摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液治疗口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月临沂兰山九和口腔门诊部诊治的82例口腔正畸慢性牙龈炎患儿作为研究对象,按照单双号抽签法分为参照组(41例)和研究组(41例)。参照组采用牙龈清洁术治疗,研究组采用康复新液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、牙龈疼痛程度和肿胀程度。结果研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组牙龈疼痛程度及肿胀程度均轻于参照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗口腔正畸患儿慢性牙龈炎的临床效果较好,可显著改善牙龈疼痛和肿胀程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of chronic gingivitis in orthodontic children.Methods A total of 82 orthodontic children with chronic gingivitis treated in Linyi Lanshan Jiuhe Dental Clinic from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the reference group(41 cases)and the s tudy group(41 cas es)according to odd-even drawing m ethod.The reference group was treated with gingival cleaning,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution.The treatment effect,pain and swelling of the gums were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The degree of gum pain and swelling in the study group was lighter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution has good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic gingivitis in orthodontic children,and can significantly improve the degree of pain and swelling of the gums,which is worthy of clinical application.
