摘  要:结合《保健食品生产技术》课程特点和要求,开设了“维生素C片制备及质量评价”的实验课,通过实验学生可以系统学习片剂制备及质量评价。学生通过对湿法制粒的操作掌握制粒对片剂制备及质量的影响;学习单冲压片机的正确操作及维护;学习感官评价、片重差异、硬度、脆碎度、崩解时限的测定方法,能对片剂制备过程及质量进行规范评价。本实验课涉及知识点较多,实用性和操作性强,有利于提高学生实践动手能力和综合实验能力。According to the characteristics and requirements of the course of Health Food Production Technology,the experimental course of“preparation and quality evaluation of vitamin C tablets”was designed and opened.Through the experimental course,the students could learn the whole experimental procedures in tablet preparation and quality evaluation.The students were conscious of the impact of the granulation on tablet quality through the operation of wet granulation.They could learn the correct operation and maintenance of the single-punch tablet machine.Meanwhile,the students could evaluate the preparation process and the quality of the tablets by indicators such as the sensory evaluation,tablet weight difference,hardness,friability and disintegration time limit.This experimental course has many knowledge points,and the experimental content exhibits much higher practicability and maneuverability.By learning this course,the practical abilities and comprehensive experimental capabilities could be substantially improved.
