摘  要:中国—中东欧国家合作机制建立至今已有十年,期间中国—中东欧国家高等教育合作呈螺旋上升态势,硕果累累的同时挑战重重。文章将中国—中东欧国家十年的高等教育合作划分为启动期、加速期和创新期三个发展阶段,合作在机制、层次、形式和内容等方面均取得瞩目成就。与此同时,合作发展也面临地缘政治不确定性增强、结构布局不均衡、成效评估亟待加强等挑战。中国—中东欧国家高等教育合作后续发展的突破口在于注重长远布局,加强共同体建设和质量建设,走内涵式发展之路。It has been ten years since the launch of Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries(CEEC).In the past decade,China-CEEC Cooperation in terms of higher education has,despite facing many challenges,thrived.This paper divides the decade-long higher education cooperation between China and CEEC countries into three stages—the early stage,the acceleration stage,and the innovation stage.Remarkable achievements have been made in terms of cooperation mechanisms,levels,modes,and activities.The paper further analyzes the challenges hindering the enhancement of the cooperation,including increased geopolitical uncertainty,unbalanced structure and layout,and the urgent need to strengthen effectiveness evaluation.The breakthrough for the future development of China-CEEC higher education cooperation lies in strengthening the quality development,that is,focusing on long-term planing,strengthening community building,and establishing a quality assurance mechanism.
