基于科学引文数据库的临床药学教育研究文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的总结2002-2022年国际临床药学教学研究的整体发展状况,为我国临床药学教育高质量发展提供参考。方法检索科学引文数据库(Web of Science,WOS)2002-2022年发表的临床药学教育研究文献,运用Bibliometrix软件对临床药学教育研究文献的发文量、国家/地区、机构、作者、期刊和关键词进行文献计量学分析。结果筛选后共纳入2067篇论文进行分析。该领域产量最高的国家、机构、作者分别为美国、UNIV N CAROLINA和AUSTIN Z,中国发文量排名第6。发文最多的期刊为American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education。研究关键词主要集中在临床药学教育、药学服务、教育管理、药师干预和观念。结论2002-2022年间临床药学教育研究越来越受到学者的关注,美国、澳大利亚等发达国家的机构、期刊、学者引领着临床药学教育的发展。我国临床药学教育研究紧跟国际发展趋势,但仍需加强国际合作,进一步提升临床药学教育质量,提升学术影响力。Objective To summarize the overall development of international clinical pharmacy education from 2002 to 2022,and to provide reference for the high-quality clinical pharmacy education in China.Methods Literatures on clinical pharmacy education by Web of Science(WOS)from 2002 to 2022 were retrieved.The number of publications,countries/regions,institutions,authors,journals and keywords of clinical pharmacy education literature were analyzed.Results Totally 2067 papers were included.The countries,institutions and authors with the highest output in this field included the United States,UNIV N CAROLINA and AUSTIN Z.China ranked 6th in the number of publications.The journal with the most publications was the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education.The research keywords mainly covered on clinical pharmacy education,pharmaceutical care,educational management,pharmacist intervention and concept.Conclusion Clinical pharmacy education has attracted much attention among scholars in the past 20 years.Institutions,journals and scholars in developed countries such as the United States and Australia are leading roles in the development of clinical pharmacy education.China closely follows but still needs cooperation to further improve the quality of clinical pharmacy education and academic influence.
