摘　　要：习近平关于青年教育培养工作的重要论述,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。习近平提出“特别是要培养一大批青年马克思主义者”,为新时代高校人才培养提出了新的指引。深刻领会习近平关于青年马克思主义者培养的重要论述,需要我们在新的历史条件下进一步深入思考青年马克思主义者培养的相关理论,从历史、理论、政治、学术、精神五个逻辑维度,深入挖掘青年马克思主义者培养的理论根基,厘清青年马克思主义者培养的学科定位,以期在理论上建设青年马克思主义者培养的学术体系,在实践上推动我国高校青年马克思主义者培养工作达到新水平。Xi Jinping’s important expositions on youth education and training are the important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Xi Jinping proposed“especially to cultivate a large number of young Marxists”,which put forward new guidance for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities in the new era.To deeply understand Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the cultivation of young Marxists,we need to further think about the relevant theories of the cultivation of young Marxists under the new historical conditions.From the five logical dimensions of historical approach,theoretical origin,political consideration,discipline support and emotional guarantee,we should deeply explore the theoretical foundation of the cultivation of young Marxists and clarify the discipline orientation of the cultivation of young Marxists,so as to construct the academic system of the cultivation of young Marxists in theory and promote the cultivation of young Marxists in colleges and universities in China to a new level in practice.
