摘　　要：“9.11”事件产生的特定文化语境召唤胡塞尼寻找族裔源头文化,他描述童年生活、伊斯兰教,在文本中植入具有文化符号意味的故国词语并多次引用阿富汗典籍作品,确认主体族裔身份并意图重塑民族形象。同时,胡赛尼站在西方立场积极响应“9.11”官方叙事。他在小说中关注家庭主题,抚慰西方人的集体创伤,呈现脸谱化的塔利班人物形象,塑造美国救世主角色。胡赛尼的民族身份双重性,是他的自由选择与定位,是作家与“9.11”特定语境协商的结果。The specific cultural context provoked by September eleventh attacks calls Hosseini to seek the source of ethnic culture.In his writing,Hosseini describes his childhood life and Islamic religion;he embeds many Afghanistan words and often quotes from ancient codes and records.Thus,the author confirms his ethnic identity and intends to reshape the national image.Meanwhile,Hosseini stands by the west position to respond actively to official narrative of September eleventh attacks.The author is concerned about family theme in the novel to soothe the western collective trauma,presents the image of the Taliban characters,and shapes the savior role of America.Hosseini’s duality of national identity stems from his free choice and positioning,and is the result of the author’s consultation with the specific context of September eleventh attacks.
