摘 要:为确保中小学教师远程培训项目的质量,形成基本保障模式,岳阳市中小学教师发展中心基于近年培训数据,采用“调查—分析—整理设计—实验—概括提升”的方法,对中小学教师远程培训质量保障体系进行研究,提出集管理机制、团队构建、资源平台、项目设计、基地建设、训后跟踪于一身的“六元一体”模式。即以管理机制为先导,搭建整体框架;以团队构建为保障,确立服务支撑;以资源平台为依托,丰富内容载体;以项目设计为统领,细化过程目标;以基地建设为抓手,推进成果转化;以训后跟踪为保障,提升研修实效。In order to ensure the quality of remote training programs for primary and secondary school teachers and form a basic guarantee mode,Yueyang Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Development Center,based on the training data in recent years,the paper adopts the method of"investigation-analysis-collation-designexperiment-generalization and promotion"to study the remote training quality guarantee system for primary and secondary school teachers.The"six-in-one"mode,which integrates management mechanism,team construction,resource platform,project design,base construction and post-training tracking,is proposed.The mode takes the management mechanism as the forerunner to build the overall framework with team construction as the guarantee for service support.Relying on the resource platform,the content carriers are enriched.Guided by project design,the process and objectives are refined.The base construction is used as the starting point to promote the transformation of achievements.The pose training tracking is applied to guarantee the effectiveness of training.
