摘  要:目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的对分课堂在高职护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月进行内科护理学实训的58名学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统的内科护理学实训教学模式,试验组则在此基础上应用基于OBE理念的对分课堂,比较两组自主学习能力、教学满意度及操作考核成绩。结果教学后,试验组自主学习能力、教学满意度、操作考核成绩均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论基于OBE理念的对分课堂能够显著提高学生自主学习能力、教学满意度,使教学效果得到明显提升,值得在护理实训教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PAD classroom based on the concept of Outcomes-based education(OBE)in vocational nursing training teaching.Methods 58 students who were trained in internal medicine nursing from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Results After teaching,the experimental group′s self-taught ability,teaching satisfaction,and operational assessment scores were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The PAD classroom based on the OBE concept can significantly improve students′self-taught ability,teaching satisfaction,and significantly improve teaching effectiveness,which is worth promoting and applying in nursing practical teaching.
