摘　　要：目的调查郑州市三级甲等医院护士职业应激源及应激水平,为护理管理者采取措施缓解护士工作压力、促进身心健康提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取郑州5所三级甲等医院的200名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和中国护士工作应激源量表(CNSS)进行调查。结果护士CNSS总分为(569.27±238.37)分;护龄、科室、职称及最近3个月是否倒夜班的护士CNSS得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论郑州市三级甲等医院护士职业应激水平较高,护理管理者应关注护士,善于听取意见,合理分配护士工作量,采取措施减少职业应激给护士带来的伤害。Objective To investigate the nurses′occupational stressors and stress grade in Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou city(Capital of Henan province)and to provide a basis for nursing managers to take measures to alleviate nurses′work pressure and promote physical and mental health.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 200 nurses from 5 Grade A hospitals in Zhengzhou city(Capital of Henan province)as the research subjects.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire and the CNSS(Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale).The total score of CNSS for nurses was(569.27±238.37).Results There was a statistically significant difference in CNSS scores among nurses with nursing age,department,professional title,and whether they had worked night shifts in the past three months(P<0.05).Conclusion The Grade of occupational stress among nurses in Grade A hospital in Zhengzhou city(Capital of Henan province)is relatively high.Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses,be goode at listeni-ng to their opinions,allocate their workload reasonably,and take measures to reduce the harm caused by occupational stress to nurses.
