医学研究生和规培生对临床伦理的认知现状及对策建议

摘　　要：目的评估医学研究生和规培生(住院医师规范化培训学生)对临床伦理认知现状,为其医学伦理素养培养提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对327名研究生和90名规培生进行调查。结果417名学生中,24.70%的近3年没有参加过医学伦理学相关知识培训,学生认为案例分析讨论培训效果最好,分别有82.25%、77.22%的认为最需要在研究方案的设计、知情同意书的撰写方面提供培训,大部分学生对医院伦理委员会和临床伦理缺乏了解。结论医学研究生和规培生对临床伦理认知不足。应开展灵活多样的医学伦理培训,扩大培训覆盖面;组织专题培训,提高学生医学伦理认知水平;注重理论与临床实践相结合,加强临床实践阶段的伦理培训和宣教。Objective To evaluate the status of clinical ethics awareness among medical postgraduates and regulatory trainees(resident standardized trainee),and provide a basis for their cultivation of medical ethics literacy.Methods A self-designed survey questionnaire was adopted to investigate 327 postgraduates and 90 regulatory trainees.Results Of the 417 students,24.70%had not participated in the training of medical ethics related knowledge in the past three years.The trainees thought that the training of case analysis and discussion was the best.82.25%and 77.22%thought that training was most needed in the design of research programs and the writing of informed consent forms.Most of the students lacked understanding of the hospital ethics committee and clinical ethics.Conclusion Medical postgraduates and regulatory trainees have insufficient understanding of clinical ethics.Flexible and diverse medical ethics training should be carried out to expand the coverage of training;organize specialized training to improve students′understanding of medical ethics;emphasize the combination of theory and clinical practice,and strengthen ethical training and education during the clinical practice stage.
