摘　　要：目的探讨专科护士护理科研与循证实践培训方案的设计与实施效果。方法组建导师团队并建立全程小组导师制,基于ADDIE模型采用文献分析法,设计专科护士护理科研与循证实践培训方案。2019年11月至2021年1月对47名专科护士进行培训,评价培训效果。结果培训后,专科护士护理科研能力自评量表总分、循证实践知信行量表总分及知识、行为维度得分,科研产出情况均优于培训前。结论专科护士科研与循证实践培训方案的实施取得了较好效果,可为临床开展相关培训提供参考。Objective To explore the design and implementation effect of nursing research and evidence-based practice training program for specialized nurses.Methods A tutor team was set up and a whole-process group mentorship was established.Based on the ADDIE model,a literature analysis method was adopted to design a training program for nursing research and evidence-based practice of specialized nurses.From November 2019 to January 2021,47 specialized nurses were trained to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.Results After the training,the total score of the nursing research ability self-assessment scale,the total score of the evidence-based practice knowledge,trust and practice scale,and the score of the knowledge and behavior dimension of specialized nurses were better than those before the training.Conclusion The implementation of scientific research and evidence-based practice training program for specialized nurses has achieved satisfied results,which can provide reference for clinical training.
