摘　　要：涉农高校是农林人才培养的主阵地,肩负着培养农林人才、输送人才的关键,该文以新疆涉农高校为例,分析其在加大涉农专业招生、夯实涉农专业实践环节、推进产教融合和搭建研究生科研平台等方面所做的工作成效,剖析存在的问题,针对问题探索更多新的模式,让更多高层次人才扎根农业,为乡村振兴助力。Agriculture-related colleges and universities are the main institutions for training agricultural and forestry talents,shouldering the key to training agricultural and forestry talents and transporting talents.Taking agriculture-related colleges and universities in Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzes their achievements in increasing the enrollment of agriculture-related majors,consolidating the practical links of agriculture-related majors,promoting the integration of production and education,and building graduate research platforms,analyzes the existing problems,and explores more new models to solve the problems,so that more high-level talents can take root in agriculture and help rural revitalization.
