摘 要:为解决多目标跟踪数据标注困难,对于常用的数据标注工具缺乏智能标注辅助、自动化多目标跟踪等功能的问题,设计并实现一个具备智能辅助和自动化标注功能的多目标跟踪自动化标注系统。人工标注方面该系统提供自动绘制跟踪轨迹、自动修改标签以及自动隐藏遮挡的智能辅助功能;自动化标注方面该系统部署多个深度学习算法,包括目标检测框架Faster R-CNN和YOLOX、多目标跟踪算法SORT、DeepSORT、MOTDT、ByteTrack。通过该系统与labelme、labelImg、VoTT、CVAT的足球场内球员多目标跟踪数据标注实验,验证了该系统在多目标跟踪数据标注工作上的优越性。Considering the difficulty in labeling Multi-Object Tracking(MOT)data,the lack of functions such as intelligent labeling assistance and automatic MOT in common data labeling tools,a MOT automatic labeling system with intelligent auxiliary and automatic labeling functions is designed and implemented.The system provides intelligent auxiliary functions for automatically drawing tracking tracks,automatically modifying labels,and automatically hiding occlusions during manual labeling.In terms of automatic labeling functions,the system deploys several deep learning algorithms,including object detection frameworks such as Faster R-CNN and YOLOX,and MOT algorithms such as SORT,DeepSORT,MOTDT and ByteTrack.The experiment of data labeling for MOT for players on the football field between the system and labelme,labelImg,VoTT and CVAT verified the superiority of the system in MOT data labeling.
