企业海外投资如何影响本土供应链的空间布局:来自中国上市公司的证据

摘　　要：拓宽企业本土供应链的空间布局,对提升供应链质量和畅通国民经济循环具有重要意义。文章以OFDI和企业本土供应链布局调整为研究视角,发现OFDI能够扩大企业和本土供应商之间的地理距离,拓宽本土供应链的空间布局。OFDI的技术获取效应、国际市场竞争效应和规模经济效应是OFDI影响企业本土供应商地理距离的三个机制。异质性检验表明,OFDI对企业本土供应链布局的地理距离扩大效应在非国有性质、资本技术密集型行业和以发达国家为投资目的地的企业中作用更强。此外,东道国特征会对OFDI的本土供应商地理距离扩大效应产生调节作用,当东道国政治风险越小,与母国文化距离越大,制度距离越小时,OFDI对企业本土供应商地理距离的扩大作用越强。该研究丰富了OFDI和企业供应链的研究视角,为畅通国内要素市场和构建国际国内双循环相互促进的新发展格局提供了有益参考。Widening the spatial layout of enterprises'local supply chains is of great significance in improving the quality of supply chains and smoothing the national economic cycle.This paper takes OFDI and the restructuring of local supply chains as the research perspective,and finds that OFDI can expand the geographical distance between enterprises and local suppli⁃ers and widen the spatial layout of local supply chains.The technology acquisition effect,international market competition ef⁃fect and economy of scale effect of OFDI are the three mechanisms through which OFDI affects the geographical distance be⁃tween enterprises and local suppliers.Heterogeneity tests show that the geographic distance-expanding effect of OFDI on the layout of firms'local suppliers is stronger in firms that are non-state owned,in capital-and technology-intensive industries and in firms that have developed countries as their investment destinations.In addition,host country characteristics moderate the geographical distance expansion effect of OFDI on local suppliers.When the host country is less politically risky,more culturally distant from the home country and less institutionally distant,the stronger is the role of OFDI in expanding the geo⁃graphical distance of firms'local suppliers.This study enriches the research perspective of OFDI and corporate supply chains.It provides a useful reference for unblocking domestic factor markets and building a new development pattern in which international and domestic double cycles promote each other.
