摘 要:为进一步解决上海市福泉路高峰交通拥堵问题,对可变车道的运行状态进行评估并构建控制策略及信号配时优化模型,并运用VISSIM仿真对福泉路原状、设置可变车道后、控制策略优化后进行对比分析。研究结果表明,通过控制策略的优化,晚高峰通行效率和环境排放的改善优于早高峰。其中,优化后早高峰总延误下降9.55%,车辆燃油消耗及污染物排放降低约7%;晚高峰总延误下降12.71%,车辆燃油消耗及污染物排放降低约17%。本研究为上海市福泉路乃至临空经济园区可变车道的运行状态评估及控制策略优化提供了理论支撑。In order to further address the traffic congestion problem during peak hours on Fuquan Road in Shanghai,this paper evaluates the traffic efficiency of variable lanes and develops control strategies and signal timing optimization models.A comparative analysis of the original condition of Fuquan road,the condition after implementing variable lanes,and the condition after optimizing the control strategies is conducted using VISSIM simulation.The research results indicate that the optimization of control strategies leads to better improvement in traffic efficiency and environmental emissions during the evening peak hours compared to the morning peak hours.Specifically,after optimization,the total delay during the morning peak hours decreases by 9.55%,and vehicle fuel consumption and pollutant emissions decrease by approximately 7%.During the evening peak hours,the total delay decreases by 12.71%,and vehicle fuel consumption and pollutant emissions decrease by approximately 17%.This study provides theoretical support for the evaluation of the operational status of variable lanes and the optimization of control strategies for Fuquan road in Shanghai,as well as the Lingkong economic park.
