摘  要:“电力系统继电保护”是电气工程专业的重要专业课程之一,但传统的教学实施过程中仍然存在“教师为主学生为辅”“学生先修课程不牢”“学习劲头不足”及“理论联系实际不紧密”等问题。基于“新工科”思想及工程认证的OBE理念,对电力系统继电保护的线上线下相结合的混合教学模式进行探索,充分利用“雨课堂”“微课”及“慕课”等教学手段,有效改善教学效果,并通过调整考核方式进行课程目标达成情况的全方位评估,并持续改进。Power System Protective Relaying is an important professional courses of electrical engineering major,but there are many problems in the teaching implementation,such as teacher first,student second,weakness foundation of the pre-curriculum,lack of motivation to learn and theory is not closely related to practice,etc.Based on the thought of Emerging Engineering Education and the concept of Outcomes-based Education(OBE)of engineering education certification,this paper discusses the mixed teaching mode of on-line and off-line in power system protective relaying.Make full use of Rain Class,Micro Lecture and MOOC and other teaching means to effectively improve the teaching effect,and through the adjustment of assessment methods to assess the achievement of curriculum objectives in an all-round way,and continue to improve.
