摘　　要：加强队伍建设是优化人力资源配置,推动传统媒体人才队伍转型升级的必由之路。优化人员信息数字化管理是提高人力资源管理水平,助力人才队伍素质提升的有效手段。可以具体单位的人员信息数字化建设为例进行探讨,以期为传统媒体转型中人力资源信息数字化的研究工作提供参考。Strengthening team building is the only way to optimize human resource allocation and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional media talent teams.Optimizing digital management of personnel information is an effective means to improve the level of human resource management and help improve the quality of the talent team.We can explore the digital construction of personnel information in specific units to provide reference for the research work of human resource information digitization in the transformation of traditional media.
