摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展和广泛应用,控制器(PC)已经成为计算机的重要组成部分,几乎所有工业控制都离不开PC机。它是一种高性能、高可靠性、多功能的工业计算机。目前,市面上PC机都可以通过“PCI总线”来连接多个设备,可编程控制器(PLC)是工业控制领域中应用最广泛、技术最成熟、开发周期最短的计算机系统之一,而新一代可编程控制器PCC(ProgrammableCycle-IO)是一种性能优越,功能强大的新型工业计算机。在造纸工业中PCC控制器应用于纸机控制系统中,既可充分发挥其运算速度快、控制精度高、抗干扰能力强等优势,又能有效地降低设备成本和运行费用,提高了纸机自动化程度,从而减少人工干预。With the development and wide application of computer technology,the controller(PC)has become an important part of the computer.All industrial control is almost inseparable from the PC.It is a kind of high performance,high reliability,multifunctional industrial computer.At present,PC on the market can be connected to multiple devices through the“PCI bus”.The programmable controller(PLC)is one of the most widely used in the field of industrial control,the most mature technology and the shortest development cycle of the computer system.The new generation of programmable controller PCC(ProgrammableCycle-IO)is a new type of industrial computer with superior performance and powerful function.In paper industry,the PCC controller applied in paper machine control systemcan not only give full play to its advantages of fast computing speed,high control precision,strong anti-interference ability,but also effectively reduce the equipment cost and operating expenses.It improves the degree of automation of paper machine,thus reducing manual intervention.
