摘 要:目的:评估外卖平台常见荤素组合单人套正餐营养分布。方法:通过在外卖平台采集常见、销量高的荤素组合单人套正餐进行称重,并对单人套正餐食物种类和食物量与《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》进行分析比较。结果:一菜套餐和一荤一素套餐食物品种数不足5种的比例较高,分别占53.3%、38.9%。常见荤素组合单人套正餐的主食平均为(133.1±30.8)g,满足正餐谷薯类食物建议量100~160 g。但仍有17.1%的套餐主食量>160 g。常见荤素组合单人套正餐中的蔬菜和肉蛋类食物量差异比较大,有42.1%的套餐中蔬菜量不足120 g,85.5%套餐中肉蛋类食物量是高于80 g。结论:外卖常见单人套正餐主食份量比较适宜,但缺乏全谷物,存在蔬菜量不足、肉蛋类过量的问题。Objective To evaluate the nutritional distribution of common meat and vegetable combination single-person set meals on takeaway platforms.Method We collected common and high-selling meat and vegetable combination single-person set meals on the takeaway platform,weighed them,and analyzed and compared the food types and food quantities of the single-person set meals with the"Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(2016)".Result The proportion of one-dish set meal and one-meat-one-vegetarian set meal with less than 5 kinds of food was relatively high,accounting for 53.3%and 38.9%,respectively.The average staple food of common meat and vegetable combination single-person set meals is(133.1g±30.8)g,which meets the recommended amount of grain and potato food for lunch 100—160 g.But there were still 17.1%of the single-person set meals with a staple food volume>160 g.The amount of vegetables and meat and eggs in common meat and vegetable combination single-person set meals varied greatly.42.1%of the single-person set meals contained less than 120 g of vegetables,and 85.5%of the single-person set meals contain more than 80 g of meat and eggs.Conclusion The amount of staple food in common single-person set meals for takeaway is relatively suitable,but it lacks whole grains,insufficient vegetables,and excessive meat and eggs.
