摘 要:传统的医学实验是以教师为主导的单一教学模式,学生主动性不高,教学效果不佳。宁波大学引入虚拟仿真实验平台资源开展生理学实验教学,推行以学生为主导的虚实融合教学模式,探索从灌输式、验证式向自主式、探究式教学转变的效果和可行性。将2019级、2020级医学专业本科生作为研究对象,2019级对照组采用传统教学模式,2019级和2020级研究组采用虚实融合的教学模式。通过对学生实验成绩分析发现教学改革更有利于中上等成绩的学生群体。问卷调查分析发现,59.68%的学生每周至少2次使用虚拟平台进行自主学习,98.39%的学生通过虚拟平台学习后能掌握实验流程,82.26%的学生认可虚拟平台能够提升学习水平,88.71%的学生喜欢虚实融合的教学模式,97.85%的学生赞同推广应用。虚实融合的生理学实验教学有效激发学生的学习兴趣,学生满意度高,教学效果理想,因而可大力推广虚拟仿真平台在医学实验教学中的应用。Since the traditional teaching mode in the course of medical experiments is a teacher-oriented one,the students are usual-ly not very active,and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.Based on the resources from virtual simulation experiment platform intro-duced,a student-centered virtuality-reality integration mode was adopted to explore the transformation from inculcation and verifcation teaching to autononous inquiry teaching.The research was conducted to investigate the undergraduates of year 2019 and 2020.The tra-ditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group of students of year 2019,and the vituality-reality integration mode was adopl-ed in the experimental group,including students from both year 2019 and 2020.The statistical analysis shows that the intermediate and top students benefit more from the teaching reform.The questionnaire analysis shows that 59.68%of students use the virtual platform for autononous leamning at least twice a week,98.39%of students become familiar with the experimental procedures,82.26%agree that virtual platform can help improve their performance,88.71%of students like this novel teaching mode,and 97.85%of them a-gree on promoting virtual platform resources.The virtuality-reality integration in the teaching of physiology experiments can increase students''interest in learing,and the students are much satisfed with the teaching effect.The research provides a reference for the application of virtual simulation platform in the teaching of medical eperiments of similar courses.
