内镜诊疗成人乙状结肠幼年性息肉1例

摘　　要：幼年性息肉是一种肠道错构瘤性息肉,好发于直肠和乙状结肠,是儿童肠道息肉最常见的类型。成人幼年性息肉的主要临床症状为贫血、反复便血、腹痛和腹泻,若不及时治疗,幼年性息肉可逐步进展为肿瘤。幼年性息肉的治疗方法包括内镜下息肉切除和外科手术治疗,且术后需定期进行内镜复查随访。本文报道成人乙状结肠幼年性息肉1例,为临床治疗提供参考。Juvenile polyp,a type of intestinal hamartomatous polyp that occurs in the rectum and sigmoid colon,is the most common type of intestinal polyp in children.The main clinical symptoms of adult juvenile polyps are anemia,repeated blood in the stool,stomachache and diarrhea.If not treated in time,juvenile polyps may gradually progress to tumor.The treatment of juvenile polyps includes endoscopic polypectomy and surgical treatment,which needs regular postoperative endoscopic follow-up.This article reports a case of adult juvenile polyp of sigmoid colon,which provides reference for clinical treatment.
