摘 要:针对燃气舵在启动瞬间会产生很大的冲击力,采用ADAMS和ANSYS软件对传动机构进行了动力学分析和有限元分析的联合仿真,得到了变负载下相邻零件的冲击力,并分析了危险零件的瞬态动力响应。分析结果表明,在一定范围内,冲击力随响应时间的增加响应速度变慢,最大值和最小值分别基本保持一致。建立了燃气舵系统的数学模型,在MATLAB Simulink软件中进行了系统的比例-积分-微分(proportional-integral-derivative, PID)控制仿真分析,并基于仿真结果进行了单片舵系统的运动控制试验。试验结果表明,该控制平台能达到良好的控制效果。In view of the large impact force of the gas rudder at the starting moment,the joint simulation of dynamic analysis and finite element analysis of the transmission mechanism was carried out by ADAMS and ANSYS.The impact force of adjacent parts under variable load was obtained,and the transient dynamic response of the dangerous part was analyzed.Results show that within a certain range,the response speed of the impact force becomes slower with response time,and the maximum and minimum values are basically the same.A mathematical model of the gas rudder system was established,proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control simulation analysis of the system was carried out in MATLAB Simulink,and the motion control experiment of the monolithic rudder system was carried out based on the simulation results.Experimental results show that the control platform can achieve good control effect.
