摘  要:为提高快递网络的可靠性和抗风险能力,从多式联运角度构建了快递网络基础模型;同时为枢纽节点选择最佳的备份节点,提出了快递网络设计备份枢纽模型,以应对可能出现的枢纽失效问题,研究枢纽失效后网络结构、总成本、枢纽节点快递处理量的变化,并分析对邻近枢纽和路径产生的影响。案例分析表明:枢纽节点失效会造成快递网络特性、运输路径和方式变化;启用备份枢纽使枢纽处理快递量增多,增大了枢纽点处理快递的压力,可能造成备份枢纽的拥堵。In order to improve the reliability and risk resistance of the express delivery network,the article constructs a basic model of the express delivery network from the perspective of multimodal transportation.At the same time,considering the possible hub failure problem of the hub and spoke express delivery network,the optimal backup node is selected for the hub node,and a backup hub model for express delivery network design is proposed.Study the changes in network structure,total cost,and express handling volume of hub nodes after hub failure,and analyze the impact on adjacent hubs and paths.Case analysis shows that the failure of hub nodes can cause changes in the characteristics of express delivery networks,transportation routes,and transportation modes;Enabling a backup hub will lead to an increase in the express handling volume of hub nodes,increasing the pressure on the hub to handle express delivery and potentially causing congestion in the backup hub.
