中小学英语教师评价能力的问题诊断

摘  要:教学评价地位日益突出,但中小学英语教师评价能力却存在一定问题。本文拟通过课堂观察与访谈,探讨中小学英语教师评价能力的现状,发现存在评价内容片面,多重视知识点的掌握;评价主体单一,多为教师展开评价;评价手段遗乏,不合理运用提问、作业和测试等主要问题。所以,笔者认为,为了提高教师评价能力,落实好教学评价的价值,该类现象需要予以重视,提出通过教师自主学习,安排培训、加强监管和成立专业教师团队加以改善和解决。Nowadays,the status of pedagogical evaluation is becoming more and more prominent,but there are some problems in the evaluation ability of primary and secondary school English teachers.This paper aims to explore the current situation of the evaluation ability of primary and secondary school English teachers through classroom observation and interview and diagnose the problems.The authors find that the evaluation content is one-sided and the mastery of knowledge points is emphasized;the main body of evaluation is single,mostly for teachers to carry out evaluation;Evaluation means are scarce,unreasonably carrying out questions,assignments and tests.Therefore,the authors believe that in order to improve teachers'evaluation ability and implement the value of pedagogical evaluation,this kind of phenomenon needs to be paid attention to and improved and solved through corresponding approaches,including teachers'independent learning,training arrangements and strengthening supervision and the establishment of professional teachers'teams.
