葛根汤加味联合神经阻滞治疗枕大神经痛对PGE2及SP表达水平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索葛根汤加味联合神经阻滞治疗枕大神经痛对前列腺素E2(PGE2)及神经递质P物质(SP)表达水平产生的影响。方法选择60例枕大神经痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数表分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组采用神经阻滞治疗,观察组采用神经阻滞联合葛根汤加味治疗。对比2组治疗后PGE2及SP表达水平、治疗总有效率等。结果观察组PGE2、SP表达水平治疗后明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05);观察组头痛持续时间治疗后明显更短(P<0.05);观察组颈椎活动程度评分明显更低(P<0.05)。结论葛根汤加味联合神经阻滞治疗枕大神经痛效果较佳,能够缓解疼痛,促进临床症状恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Kudzu soup flavored combined with nerve block in the treatment of large occipital neuralgia on the levels of PGE2 and SP expression.Methods Sixty patients with large occipital neuralgia were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by using a random number table,the control group was treated with nerve block,and the observation group was treated with nerve block combined with kudzu soup flavor treatment.The expression levels of PGE2 and SP and the total effective rate of treatment after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The expression levels of PGE2 and SP were significantly reduced after treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).The overall response rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The VAS score was significantly reduced after treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).The duration of headache was significantly shorter after treatment in the observation group(P<0.05).The cervical spine activity rate was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kudzu soup with flavored combination with nerve block has better effect in the treatment of large occipital neuralgia,which can relieve pain and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms.
