摘 要:目的:探讨《儿科护理学》线上线下混合式教学模式及教学效果。方法:以2022学年参与混合式教学学习的19级护生为研究对象,以前期参与线下教学学习的16级和线上教学学习的17级护生作为对照组。分析混合式教学组护生课堂参与度并比较护生的各项成绩及对课程的满意度。结果:混合式教学组护生课堂参与度较高,临床见习成绩、期末考试成绩均明显高于线下教学组和线上教学组(P<0.05),实验操作成绩与线下教学组、线上教学组无明显差异(P>0.05),对课程的满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:混合式教学组教学效果显著优于线下教学组、线上教学组。但《儿科护理学》混合式课程的建设仍需完善,为进一步推动医学院校开展混合式教学提供实践经验。Objective:To explore the online and offline blended teaching mode and teaching effect of Pediatric Nursing.Methods:The nursing students of grade 19 who participated in blended teaching learning in the 2022 academic year were selected as the research objects.The nursing students of grade 16 who participated in offline teaching learning in the early stage and nursing students of grade 17 who participated in online teaching learning were selected as the control group.To analyze the classroom participation of nursing students in the blended teaching group,and compare their scores and satisfaction with the curriculum.Results:Nursing students in the blended teaching group had a high degree of classroom participation.Their clinical probation scores and final examination scores were significantly higher than those in offline teaching group and online teaching group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in experimental operation scores between blended teaching group and offline teaching group and online teaching group(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the blended teaching group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of blended teaching is significantly better than offline teaching group and online teaching group.However,the construction of Pediatric Nursing blended curriculum still needs to be improved,so as to provide practical experience for further promoting the blended teaching in medical colleges.
