摘  要:周围神经损伤后运动和感觉功能的恢复一直是医学界关注的重要问题,而轴突再生并再支配相对应的靶器官是运动和感觉功能恢复的重要前提。环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)是细胞内的第二信使,影响着人体组织的损伤修复。cAMP的下游因子蛋白激酶A(PKA)和cAMP激活的交换蛋白分子(EPAC)与神经再生关系密切,参与着轴突再生的重要环节并起到关键作用。本文围绕cAMP信号通路对周围神经损伤后髓鞘碎片清除、轴突引导、生长锥再生的影响进行综述。The recovery of motor and sensory functions after peripheral nerve injury has been an important concern in the medical field,and axonal regeneration and re-innervation of the corresponding target organs is important prerequisites for recovery of motor and sensory functions.Cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)is an intracellular second messenger that affects the damage repair in human tissues.Protein kinase A(PKA)and exchange protein activated by cAMP(EPAC),downstream factors of cAMP,are closely related to nerve regeneration,and they are involved in and play a key role in axonal regeneration.In this paper,we review the effect of cAMP signaling pathway on myelin debris removal,axon guidance,and growth cone regeneration after peripheral nerve injury.
