摘　　要：焦虑症作为一种常见的情绪障碍类精神疾病, 严重威胁着人类的身心健康。腹侧被盖区(VTA)是中脑皮质边缘回路的中心, 与前脑区域存在双向纤维联系, 在奖赏、动机、认知和厌恶的调节中发挥着重要的作用。VTA通过与多个脑区形成功能连接, 将外界的刺激信息和反馈输出行为联系起来, 参与焦虑情绪的表达及调节。本文就VTA的不同细胞亚群及其参与的焦虑相关神经环路作一简要综述。As a common emotional and psychogenic disorder,anxiety disorder seriously threats the human physical and mental health.Ventral tegmental area(VTA)is the canter of the mesocortical limbic circuit,with extensive bidirectional connections to forebrain areas,and plays important role in regulating reward,motivation,cognition,and disgust.Besides,VTA is involved in anxiety regulation by forming functional connections with multiple brain regions and connecting external stimulus information and feedback output behaviours.This article briefly summarizes the different cell subsets of VTA and its involvement in anxiety-related neural circuits.
