摘　　要：中国海洋碳汇不仅是海洋生态文明建设的实际需求,也是新的经济增长点。在国际碳交易市场发展的推动下,中国海洋碳汇交易机制的发展和完善也具备了必要性。基于此,本文对中国海洋碳汇交易模式构建的主体、原则、运行动力及市场机制展开了分析,同时对其中长期发展机制演化过程进行了探讨和研究。China's marine carbon sequestration is not only a practical demand for the construction of marine ecological civilization,but also a new economic growth point.Driven by the development of the international carbon trading market,the development and improvement of China's marine carbon sink trading mechanism also have the necessity.Based on this,this article analyzes the main body,principles,operational dynamics,and market mechanisms of the construction of China's marine carbon sequestration trading model,and explores and studies the evolution process of its long-term development mechanism.
