摘　　要：烟酰胺及其衍生物是一类具有良好生物活性的杂环化合物,其在医药及日化领域具有十分重要的应用。此文综述了烟酰胺及其衍生物的主要合成方法及其在医药和日化领域的应用,以期对其今后新型环保制备方法的研究有一定的参考与借鉴作用。Nicotinamide and its derivatives are a kind of heterocyclic compounds with good biological activities,which have very important applications in medicine and daily chemical fields.In this paper,the main synthetic methods of niacinamide and its derivatives and their applications in the fields of medicine and daily chemical are reviewed,with a view to providing some reference for future research on new environmentally friendly preparation methods.
