部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年6月笔者医院就诊的60例前牙牙体缺损患者资料,共85个修复体。采用改良Ryge贴面复查标准对修复体术后1个月和6个月的临床效果进行评价。结果:术后6个月内,有1个修复体舌侧边缘崩折,有2例患者术后敏感,有1例患者2个修复体色泽出现改变,其余修复体的各项指标均能达到满意效果。结论:部分切端包绕式贴面修复前牙牙体缺损具有良好的临床修复效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of porcelain veneer combined with inlay in repairing the defect of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 85 restorations of 60 patients with anterior denture defects from May 2020 to June 2021 were reviewed using modified Ryge restorations,and the clinical outcomes were evaluated at 1 and 6 months after treatment.Results Within 6 months,the lingual edge of 1 restoration was collapsed,2 cases were sensitive after treatment,and 1 patient had changes in the color of 2 restorations,and all the indicators of the rest restorations could achieve satisfactory results.Conclusion Porcelain veneer combined with inlay to repair upper anterior tooth defect has a good clinical effect.
