上颌前磨牙根管治疗后聚合全瓷冠与聚合瓷高嵌体覆盖牙尖修复疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探究上颌前磨牙根管治疗后聚合全瓷冠修复与聚合瓷高嵌体覆盖牙尖修复的疗效及美观度。方法:回顾性分析2018年2月-2021年2月在笔者科室就诊的98例上颌前磨牙根管治疗患者的临床资料,根据其修复方式进行分组,观察组患者行聚合瓷高嵌体覆盖牙尖修复(n=50),对照组患者行聚合全瓷冠修复(n=48)。比较两组患者修复1年后疗效、美观度、边缘密合性及牙龈健康情况差异。结果:修复1年后,观察组患者完成率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者成功率、可再次修复率、不可再次修复率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复1年后,两组患者修复体美观度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者边缘密合性、牙龈健康情况差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:上颌前磨牙根管治疗后进行聚合瓷高嵌体覆盖牙尖修复效果优于聚合全瓷冠修复,且前者能在一定程度上有利于维持边缘密合性及牙龈健康情况,但两者美观度相近。Objective To explore the efficacy and aesthetics of polymeric all-ceramic crown restoration and polymeric ceramic inlay-covering cusp restoration after root canal treatment of maxillary premolars.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients undergoing root canal treatment of maxillary premolars who were treated in the department were retrospectively analyzed between February 2018 and February 2021,and the patients were grouped according to the restoration methods.50 teeth of 50 patients in the observation group received polymeric ceramic inlay-covering cusp restoration(n=50),and 48 teeth of 48 patients in the control group adopted polymeric all-ceramic crown restoration(n=48).The differences in efficacy,aesthetics,marginal adaptation and gingival health after 1 year of restoration were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 1 year of restoration,the survival rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences in the success rate,re-repairable rate and irreparable rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the restoration aesthetics between the two groups after 1 year of restoration(P>0.05).After 1 year of restoration,the marginal adaptation and gingival health of patients were slightly better in the observation group than those in the control group(all P>0.05).Conclusion Polymeric ceramic inlaycovering cusp restoration has better effects than polymeric all-ceramic crown restoration after root canal treatment of maxillary premolars,and the former one can help to maintain the marginal adaptation and gingival health to a certain extent,but both have similar aesthetics.
