三螺旋模型视角下高校非学历教育品牌化发展对策探究

摘  要:为加快构建学习型社会和终身学习体系,推进继续教育改革,大力发展非学历教育,高校非学历教育品牌化发展成为有效举措。但就当前来看,高校非学历教育品牌化发展还存在很多问题,包括课程体系特色不突出、师资队伍质量不高、从业人员队伍专业化不强、质量保障体系标准不明确,这些问题都限制了品牌化发展。针对目前存在的问题,借助三螺旋模型,政府、高校、企业既各司其职,又联动耦合,共同推进高校非学历教育品牌化建设。政府加强品牌制度建设,指明“三螺旋”发展方向;高校解决品牌构成问题,提升“三螺旋”人才质量;企业满足品牌多元需求,完善“三螺旋”育人机制。In order to accelerate the construction of a learning society and lifelong learning system,and to realize the transformation of continuing education,the brand development of non-degree education in university has become an important measure.However,from the current point of view,there are still many problems in the brand development of non-degree education in university,including the lack of outstanding characteristics of the curriculum system,the low quality of the teaching staff,the lack of professionalization of the staff,and the unclear standards of quality assurance system.Restricted the development of branding.In response to the existing problems,with the help of the triple helix model,the government,universities,and enterprises not only perform their duties,but also interact and couple to jointly promote the branding of non-degree education in universities.The government strengthens the construction of the brand system and leads the development direction of the"triple helix".The university solves the problem of brand formation and improve the quality of the"triple helix"talents.The enterprise meets the diverse needs of brands and improve the"triple helix"education mechanism.
