摘 要:加热炉是延迟焦化装置的关键设备,在影响加热炉长周期运转的诸多因素中,加热炉炉管的结焦是一个重要原因。焦化加热炉炉管的结焦速率与油品性质和操作条件密切相关。本文以1.0 Mt/a焦化装置为例,结合RSIM模型研究了各项操作条件与结焦曲线的关系。根据现场情况对装置生产条件进行优化,规划加热炉的使用周期。针对某炼厂焦化加热炉炉管提出优化措施。实施后,炉管结焦时间得到明显控制,焦化装置效益得到明显提升。The heating furnace is the key equipment of the delayed coking unit.Among many factors affecting the long period operation of the heating furnace,the coking of the furnace tube is an important reason.The coking rate of coking furnace tube is closely related to oil properties and operating conditions.The 1.0 Mt/a coking unit is taken as an example to study the relationship between various operating conditions and coking curves combined with RSIM model.Optimize the production conditions of the unit according to the site conditions,and plan the service cycle of the heating furnace.Optimization measures are put forward for the furnace tube of coking heating furnace in a refinery.After the implementation,the coking time of furnace tube is obviously controlled,and the benefit of coking device is obviously improved.
