摘  要:目的 评估3D打印托盘在正畸托槽间接粘接中的转移精准度,为正畸临床托槽粘接提供参考。方法对10例错畸形患者200颗托槽粘接前后的位置进行测量,并用完全数字化的3D打印托盘对患者的切牙、尖牙、前磨牙进行托槽粘接,使用口内扫描仪获取托槽粘接到牙齿后的数字化模型,将其与相应设定好的虚拟托槽位置的数字化模型重叠,并对托槽位置的差异进行量化。结果 托槽在近远中向、颊舌向、龈向的转移误差分别为0.00、0.00和0.10 mm,与0.5 mm(ABO-OGS评分标准规定的最小误差)比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),托槽转移误差均在0.5 mm限制范围内。结论 使用3D打印托盘的间接粘接将设计好的托槽位置转移到患者的牙列,在近远中向、颊舌向、龈向具有很高的转移准确性。Objective To evaluate the transfer accuracy of 3D-printed trays in indirect orthodontic bracket bonding,so as to provide reference for orthodontic bracket bonding in clinical practice.Methods Measurement of the position of 200 brackets before and after bonding in 10 patients with malocclusion.Ten patients had their incisors,canines,and premolars bonded using fully digitally designed and 3D-printed trays.Intraoral scans were taken to capture final bracket positioning on teeth after bonding.Digital models of post bondingscans were superimposed on those of corresponding virtual bracket setups,and bracket positioning differences were quantified.Results Mean bracket positioning differences were 0.00 mm,0.00 mm,and 0.10 mm for mesiodistal,buccolingual,and occlusogingival measurements,compared with 0.5 mm(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant the difference of bracket positioning within the 0.5 mm limit.Conclusion Indirect bonding using 3D-printed trays transfers planned bracket position from the digital setup to the patient’s dentition with a high positional accuracy in mesiodistal,buccolingual,and occlusogingival dimension.
