摘 要:以长三角地区26个城市为研究对象,通过构建绿色发展评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型、Kernel核密度估计、障碍度模型、灰色关联分析法对2006—2019年长三角城市群绿色协同发展进行量化测评和障碍因素识别。结果显示:长三角城市群绿色发展的区域协同水平较高,总体呈上升趋势,与其关联度较大的指标主要集中在科技创新;要素协调水平逐渐提升,但仍存在多级分化状态,其中科技创新协调度一直处于基础协调水平,经济增长、环境质量、绿色生活、资源利用的协调度保持在中度协调水平,环境治理协调度率先达到高度协调水平;按照影响要素协调发展的障碍度大小进行排序,为科技创新>经济增长>资源利用>环境治理>绿色生活>环境质量。Taking 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of green development,and uses the coupling coordination degree model,Kernel density estimation,obstacle degree model and grey correlation analysis method to quantitatively evaluate and identify the obstacle factors of green coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta from 2006 to 2019.The results show that the regional synergy level of green development of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta is high,showing an upward trend,and the indicators with high correlation are mainly concentrated in scientific and technological innovation.The coordination level of factors has gradually improved,but there are still multi-level differentiations.Among them,the coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation has always been at the basic coordination level,the coordination degree of economic growth,environmental quality,green life and resource utilization has remained at the medium coordination level,and the coordination degree of environmental governance has taken the lead in reaching the high coordination level.According to the degree of obstacles affecting the coordinated development of factors,the results show:scientific and technological innovation>economic growth≥resource utilization>environmental governance>green life>environmental quality.
