摘  要:牙列重度磨耗伴随着咀嚼效率下降和美观受损,极大影响了患者的生活质量。咬合重建是恢复牙列重度磨耗患者功能和美观的一种重要且有效的治疗手段,但其操作复杂、技术敏感性高。随着数字化技术用于咬合重建治疗,如何将治疗的重点转移到治疗前初始设计阶段以降低操作难度、提高治疗效果的可预测性,并在整个流程中实现有效的质量控制,最终实现咬合重建治疗的精准化和微创化是临床医生始终在探索的问题。在此过程中,各种数字化导板的使用使得上述目标逐步成为现实。本文对咬合重建治疗中使用的数字化导板的分类、设计、一般制作和常规应用流程进行了总结,阐述了在不同阶段使用各类数字化导板,包括咬合板、冠延长术导板、牙体预备导板和修复体粘接导板等引导牙列重度磨耗咬合重建序列治疗的标准完整流程,以期实现以始为终和微创修复的治疗目标,为临床工作提供指导和参考。Severely worn teeth accompanied by decreased masticatory efficiency and impaired appearance can greatly affect the life quality of patients.Occlusal reconstruction is an effective treatment for this disease but the treatment process is quite complicated and highly dependent on the doctor's experience.With the application of digital technology in occlusal reconstruction,clinicians are keeping exploring how to shift the focus of treatment to the initial design stage so as to reduce the difficulty of operation,improve the predictability and control the quality effectively in the whole process.In this article,the classification,general manufacturing process,design,and application of the main types of digital guide plates,namely digital-designed occlusal plate,crown-lengthening guide plate,tooth-preparation guide plate and bonding guide plate,used in occlusal reconstruction were summarized,and the procedures of using these digital guide plates in the sequential treatment were reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for clinical work and achieve the goal of minimally invasive treatment and"Taking the end as the start".
